Andrew Berrier serves as General Counsel for Advantage Renewables, a utility-scale solar project developer, since 2024. Berrier also contributes as an Advisory Board Member for ICAST, a nonprofit focused on sustainable resource solutions, and teaches a commercial solar lending course at the University of New Hampshire Carsey School of Public Policy through Inclusiv. Previously, Berrier held the role of General Counsel at Birdseye Renewable Energy and served as Senior Counsel and VP of Policy and Government Affairs at Pine Gate Renewables, providing legal guidance in the renewable energy sector. Early career roles include Associate General Counsel at O2 emc, Associate Attorney at Wielechowski & Fuller, and Associate Attorney at Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, focusing on financial services and renewable energy. Berrier holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in American History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
