Mattia Lepri Berluti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mattia started their career in 2011 as a Scientific researcher in Nano-Electronics at Arizona State University. In 2012, they joined Accenture Italia as an Infrastructure Analyst, working on a long-term Infrastructure Rationalization and transformation project for the first Italian telco provider. Mattia then transitioned to the role of Infrastructure Consultant, focusing on technical program management in a migration, transformation, and consolidation project for the third Italian fixed and mobile telco provider. After four years at Accenture Italia, Mattia joined Accenture UK in 2016 as an Infrastructure Consultant, involved in a Public Cloud migration program for one of the world's largest metals and mining corporations. Mattia continued working at Accenture UK in 2017 as an Infrastructure Consulting Consultant, serving as the AWS Infrastructure Outsourcing Lead for a large UK mobile and fixed telecommunication provider. In 2018, Mattia moved to Cloudreach, starting as a Senior Cloud Architect and eventually progressing to the role of Principal Cloud Architect Lead. Mattia has been responsible for managing and leading cloud architecture and implementation activities.

Mattia Lepri Berluti completed their education at the Università Politecnica delle Marche. Mattia obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Mattia Lepri Berluti also obtained various certifications in the field of technology.
