Glen Coulter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Glen is currently working as a Platform Engineer at Cloudreach since May 2021. Prior to this, they were a Cloud Engineer at Tesco Bank from February 2020 to April 2021. Glen also worked at Cloudreach as a Platform Engineer from October 2019 to February 2020 and as a DevOps Engineer from July 2018 to October 2019. Glen gained experience in IT support as an IT Support Specialist at Tecnica Ltd from March 2018 to June 2018. Glen has also worked in roles such as Maintenance/Gardener at Four Seasons Health Care, Assistant Chef at Marco's Kitchen, and Supervisor/Fryer, Chef, and Counter Staff at The Batter Inn. Glen began their work experience with a two-week stint at Machin Associates Limited, where they gained work-based experience in designing floor plans and creating 3D models using CAD software.

Glen Coulter earned a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security and Forensics from Edinburgh Napier University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their degree, Glen also obtained several certifications. In November 2016, they completed the Level 2 - Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering certification from City & Guilds. Moreover, Glen has achieved two certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In December 2020, they became a Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, and in November 2021, they obtained the Certified Developer - Associate certification.
