Effenus Henderson is a Director, Lead ISO30415 Convener at Inclusion Score and a globally recognized thought leader on diversity and inclusion. Effenus has over 20 years of experience in human resource, diversity, inclusion, and related practice areas. Effenus is also a Past President, Council of Affiliate Board Members and National Trustee at the National Urban League. Effenus was also a Former Council Member at the US EPA National Environmental Justice Advisory Council.

Effenus Henderson has a BA in Pyschology from North Carolina Central University and a SEP in Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Effenus Henderson is certified from SHRM in SPHR.
