Jim’s extensive experience at Microsoft spanned over 15 years, culminating as a Customer Success Leader, where accountability included managing a team responsible for $70 million in Azure consumed revenue. Jim's earlier roles at Microsoft included Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, and Senior Support Engineer, focusing on optimizing customer relationships and ensuring value realization from services. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of North Dakota.
