Girijesh A. serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Incisiv since April 2017, focusing on guiding consumer-focused enterprises in digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and profitability. Previously, Girijesh co-founded and led Winculum from August 2012 to April 2017, emphasizing B2B and B2C services powered by user-centered design. As VP of Strategy at EKN Research from January 2013 to March 2017, Girijesh played a pivotal role in shaping strategy and client relations. Girijesh also contributed significantly to the marketing function at Tata Consultancy Services from November 2003 to August 2012, and founded WebCottage Solutions, delivering customized web-based solutions to small and medium businesses from February 1997 to April 2002. Girijesh holds an MBA in Marketing and Information Technology from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from St Stephen's College, University of Delhi.
