Edgar Flores is a certified Scrum Master and ITIL v4 professional with a diverse work experience. Edgar worked as an IT Analyst (Developer) for Tata Consultancy Services in 2013-2014 before joining HP in 2014 as an IT Project Manager (Collaboration Services) where they planned, executed, managed, and delivered IT Infrastructure and Operations projects. Edgar was responsible for Lync/Skype for Business (Unified Communications), on-premise/cloud O365 deployments, Skype Room System (SMART) deployments, and HPE Skype for Business PC Phone deployment. Edgar was later appointed IT Service Delivery and Program Manager (EIS-Employee Infrastructure Services) where they supervised a worldwide/cross-functional technical team for IT services and delivery technology at HP offices. Edgar’s responsibilities involved developing support services, process improvement, KPIs, service operational guidelines, technical architectural design for IT services, and development of IT strategy and program plans. In their last role at HP in 2017-2022, they were the IT Project Manager (EESS - Employee Experience Strategy & Services) responsible for implementing global Video Conferencing deployments and leading/developing/delivering EESS projects for HP. Edgar later moved to Wizeline in 2022 as an Engineering Manager, where they led a large group of top engineers for Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Mobile Engineering (iOS and Android), and Technical Writers. Their responsibilities included developing talent through coaching, mentoring, feedback, hands-on career development, effectively setting management with other engineering teams and collaborate with senior management, and external stakeholders. Edgar currently works for Incfile as a Software Development Program Manager starting from May 2023.

Edgar Flores obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Mazatlan in 2013. Then, in 2015, they pursued a diploma in Project Management for Information Technologies (APTI) from Tecnologico de Monterrey, which they completed by 2016. In 2022, Edgar earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara.

In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained various certifications, including the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice, the Scrum: Advanced certification from LinkedIn, the Excel Power User certification from Udemy, and the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance. In 2020, Edgar also became an HP Explorer.
