Mats Wessberg is an experienced business leader with a strong background in operations, business development, finance, hiring, and sales. Currently serving as Head of Business Development and VD at Iceberry since February 2021, Mats has a proven entrepreneurial track record with foundational roles at Spike Brewery and Metrical AB, where similar responsibilities were held. Mats also founded Inceptive, serving as CEO from February 2006 to March 2013, and founded Agilon, maintaining ownership from December 2008 to December 2010. Earlier career experience includes consulting at TietoEnator and software engineering roles at Prosolvia Clarus and Ericsson. Mats holds a Master of Science degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of Gothenburg, completed in 1995.
