Sophie Hugh is currently the Chief of Staff at Incentrum Group and Co-founder of Hoboken Table Tennis (HiTT). With experience in Internal Mobility Specialist at Credit Suisse, General Manager at Drapac, and various other managerial roles, Sophie has a strong background in strategy development, operations coordination, and client management. Sophie holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from The University of Auckland and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
