Peter D. has over 15 years of work experience in the food and technology industries. Peter began their career in 2004 as a Line Cook at The Country Club. Peter then moved on to CQ's Restaurant in 2008 and Kitchen on Common in 2009 where they worked as a Lead Line Cook. In 2013, they became a Sous Chef at Journeyman Restaurant. In 2015, they were an Executive Chef at 2nd Street Cafe. In 2017, they worked as a Lead Line Cook at The University Club of Boston and concurrently as a Solutions Engineer, Software Analyst, and Senior Software Config at Toast, Inc. Most recently, they have been a Senior Sales Engineer and Customer Success Manager at Incentivio since 2020.

Peter D. attended The Culinary Institute of America from 2007 to 2009 and obtained an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts. Peter then attended Boston University - School of Hospitality Administration from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Hospitality Administration.
