Nico Rocco Madaffari has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Nico Rocco started their career in 2003 as an Agent at Nationwide Insurance and worked there until 2011. Then, they joined Allstate as an Insurance Agent for two years before moving on to Affiliated Insurance Service Corp, where they worked as an Insurance Broker from 2013 to 2018. Following that, they worked for Farmers Insurance as an Insurance Agent for a year before joining Kemper as a Team Manager in 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Director of Business Development at Incenter, starting in 2022.

Nico Rocco Madaffari received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from DeSales University, completing their education between 1993 and 1997.
