Scott Bratcher has a long history of work experience in the technology sector. Scott began their career in 1998 as a Founding Partner of 3Floors, Inc., where they provided strategic planning and team management for web solutions projects for professionals and small to medium sized businesses. In 2008, they served as a SaaS Project Architect at Noble, where they overhauled the infrastructure of a key client facing software-as-a-service (SaaS) application and acted as a translative liaison between the development team and project stakeholders. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Marlin as a Digital Director and Director of Technology, integrating digital marketing into traditional marketing campaigns, tracking and analyzing ROI on print and digital elements of campaigns, and guiding design, development, copywriting and deployment to ensure seamless integration of digital elements in multi-medium marketing efforts. In 2017, they became the Senior Technical Lead at Incent, and in 2018 they became the Principal/Cofounder of MidAmerican Real Estate, focusing on turning terribly maintained houses back into homes for families to own or rent. In 2019, Scott started SwBratcher Property Solutions, focusing on rental rehabs, rental management, purchases from homeowners, and sales to new family buyers within the Springfield metro area.

Scott Bratcher attended Missouri State University from 1992 to 1996, where they studied Computer Information Systems and Design.
