Stewart Wells is a seasoned professional in the marine industry, currently serving as Design and Technical Manager at Incat Tasmania Pty Ltd and as a Marine Surveyor at S J Wells Marine since April 2020. With a diverse background at Incat Crowther from May 2009 to November 2019, Stewart held multiple roles including Project Manager, Technical Manager (USA), Lead Engineer, and Junior Naval Architect. Prior experience includes working as a professional sailor and shore crew at World of Sailing from December 2007 to March 2009, and as a Naval Architect at Revolution Design Pty Ltd. Stewart Wells earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture from the Australian Maritime College between 2004 and 2007, following a high school education at Hutchins School.
