Martin Costa has a diverse work experience. martin started their career in 1991 as the President of Contact Network, LLC dba InLine. In the same year, they also became the CEO of Inline Connection, Inc. In 2012, they joined InCare Technologies as the CFO. Martin later returned to Contact Network, LLC dba Inline as the President and also served as the Chairman of the board from 1991 to 2013.

Martin Costa pursued their education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1984 to 1999. During this span, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minor in Computer Science and Math.
