Kirsten Norton has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Kirsten started their career in the Army National Guard as an E-4 Specialist, where they effectively managed the supply of ammunition, fuel, and water for an entire base while stationed in Iraq.

After their military service, Kirsten worked as a Sales Representative at Prime Communications, where they demonstrated leadership skills, maintained customer relationships, and prepared sales contracts and proposals.

Kirsten then transitioned into the field of accounting, starting as an Accounting Clerk at Zarzaur & Schwartz, P.C., where they completed bank reconciliations and performed day-to-day financial transactions. Kirsten later worked as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at Jeffcoat & Associates, LLC., creating and verifying invoices for contractual customers.

In 2017, Kirsten joined Summer Classics as an Accounting Specialist, where they completed bank reconciliations, posted monthly fees and transfers, and audited transactions for accuracy.

In 2018, they began working at InCare Technologies as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, responsible for posting receivables, managing accounts receivable processes, and following up on collections. Kirsten later became an Accountant, managing accounts receivable, commercial collections, and other general customer accounting procedures.

Kirsten also has experience in the real estate industry, serving as a Real Estate Agent at ARC Realty Co. from 2020 to 2022.

Their most recent role is as a Service Delivery Manager at Thrive, starting in July 2022.

Kirsten Norton's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, which they completed in 2019.
