Vita Romanovska possesses extensive experience in healthcare, currently serving as a Case Manager and Licensed Vocational Nurse for InCare Home Health Services since June 2015, and as a Registered Nurse and Case Manager for InCare Skilled Home Health Care since August 2019. Responsibilities include comprehensive case management, diabetes and CHF management, pain management, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic disease management, wound care, and medication management and education. Prior experience includes working as a Licensed Vocational Nurse at the San Francisco Department of Public Health from February 2012 to September 2018, where care was provided to adults with multiple chronic conditions. Vita holds a Master of Science degree in Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist in Oncology from the University of California, San Francisco, completed from 2018 to 2022, and has a background in medical training from Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts (2009-2011).
