Sandra Mera began their work experience in 2016 as a Copywriter trainee at Attittud Consulting, where they generated content for various platforms such as the company's website, blog, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Sandra also implemented SEO strategies for website optimization until May 2017. In 2018, Sandra joined DINEO CREDITO SL as a Comercial, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and providing customer service. Sandra was involved in direct mailing campaigns. This role lasted until March 2023. Sandra then worked briefly as a Sales Development Representative at Incapto from April 2023. Sandra later joined Orange Theory Fitness Brampton as a Comercial for a short period from September to November 2022.

Sandra Mera attended Lopez Vicuña from 2016 to 2018, where they completed a degree in Tecnico Marketing y Publicidad. From 2018 to 2019, they attended the Institut d'Estudis Aplicats and earned a degree in Auxiliar Tecnico Veterinario. Prior to that, they completed their Bachillerato Social degree at IES Badalona VII from 2011 to 2015. Sandra Mera's education began at Salesians Badalona, where they completed their ESO degree from 2006 to 2011.
