Johana Antico has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2009, they began their career as a Human Resources Trainee at Universidad de Buenos Aires, where they were responsible for controlling labor absences and providing information to employees. In 2016, they moved to Software de Plata as a Customer Service Agent. In 2019, they began working as a Client Advisor at Tommy Hilfiger, followed by a similar role at Tea Shop in 2020. Currently, they are employed at Incapto as a Customer Success Specialist and Inside Sales B2B.

Johana Antico attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Tecnicatura in Administracion y gestion.
