Troy Valentine is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the investment and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Non Executive Chairman at Incannex Healthcare Limited since December 2017, Troy is also a Director and Co-Founder of Alignment Capital Pty Ltd since December 2013. Previously, Troy held positions including Senior Equities Advisor at Cygnet Capital Pty Ltd from March 2012 to November 2013, and Associate Director for Private Clients at Paterson Securities Limited from January 2000 to March 2012. Troy began a career in equities as an Adviser at Hartley Poynton from December 1994 to December 1999. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, Accounting & Finance from The University of Western Australia, obtained between 1991 and 1994, and attendance at Trinity College Perth from 1985 to 1990.
