Stephen Comstock has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stephen began their career in 2000 as a System Supervisor and Cryptologist with the US Navy. During their time there, they also served as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing the management of 160 joint service members and civilians in support of US Central Command directives and mission. Stephen was responsible for developing new work roles and managing collection requirements.

In 2007, Comstock joined the University of South Carolina as a student, where they likely pursued further education.

Comstock returned to the US Navy in 2010, serving as a Resource Coordinator and later as a Program Manager and Analysis & Reporting Manager. In these roles, they played a critical role in shaping the Navy's cryptologic operations in the Pacific and Indian Ocean, conducting research on opposing fleet technologies, and leading a team in processing raw intelligence data.

In 2017, Comstock transitioned to the role of Project Manager and Cryptologist in the US Navy, where they managed various projects and contributed their expertise in cryptology.

In 2019, Comstock joined IncQuery as a Senior Survey Director and Technical Project Manager. Stephen played a key role in modernizing the survey design process, combining a programming platform with expert survey engineers to reduce launch times.

Currently, Comstock holds the position of Principal Survey Director and Technical Project Manager at IncQuery, continuing to contribute their expertise to the company.

Stephen Comstock earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of South Carolina from 2006 to 2010. Stephen then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on IT Project Management at Western Governors University, completing it from 2012 to 2014. In 2018 and 2019, Stephen obtained a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security from the University of Louisville.
