Nicole Pounds has worked as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Inbounds.com since August 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Global Tax Compliance at Sony Pictures Entertainment from June 2019 to January 2021. Nicole also worked as a Project Manager at Cuffaro Photography from January 2012 to June 2017.

From 2016 to 2018, Nicole attended Santa Monica College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

Following that, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Information Systems at California State University, Northridge.
