Mia Diefenderfer currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Inbound Health, a role focused on partnering with health systems to enhance acute and post-acute care programs at home. Prior to this position, Mia worked at Mount Sinai Health System from July 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Manager for Growth in Mount Sinai Solutions, overseeing innovative health initiatives in the New York region, and previously holding roles as Senior Associate and Associate in Finance & Business Operations. Earlier career experience includes working at Huron as an Associate in the Medical Group and an internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, alongside an internship in the Office of Privacy and Corporate Compliance at Yale New Haven Health. Mia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Studies from the University of Richmond.
