Zach Lammers is the youngest of four children and grew up in the small farming community of Breese, IL. He graduated from Breese Mater Dei High School and received his bachelor’s of science degree in business administration, specializing in finance and management, from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.

Zach’s banking career began with Regions Bank in Glen Carbon, IL, as a college senior, where he started as a personal banker before becoming an assistant branch manager. He then moved to PNC Bank in Maryland Heights, MO, to become a branch manager and spent four years in retail until he was promoted to Business Banking with PNC. After a successful tenure there, Zach saw an opportunity to help a community Metro East bank move into St. Louis and help grow their commercial banking presence in St. Louis.

Zach is an active member of the community and is involved with the Knights of Columbus and the Alzheimer’s Association. He is also a loyal St. Louis Cardinals and U of I basketball fan and follows both teams closely.
