Adisu Negeri serves as the Corn Breeding Lead at Inari since August 2020, bringing extensive experience in plant genetics and breeding. Previously, Adisu held the role of Geneticist/Breeder at Weaver Popcorn Hybrids from May 2019 to August 2020, and at Weaver Popcorn from March 2011 to August 2020. Adisu's academic background includes a postdoctoral position at North Carolina State University from October 2009 to March 2011, focusing on the molecular basis of disease resistance in maize. Adisu earned a PhD in Plant Science with a specialization in breeding and genetics from North Dakota State University between 2005 and 2009.
