Erik Skontorp Hognes is a Senior Advisor at INAQ AS since March 2024, previously serving as an LCA Advisor at Aker Carbon Capture from October 2022 to March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Advisor at Asplan Viak AS from 2017 to 2022, focusing on environmental assessment and management through Industrial Ecology and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Erik's expertise also includes work as a Senior Researcher at SINTEF Ocean from December 2008 to November 2017, applying Industrial Ecology tools in marine industries, and a Trainee position at Veidekke ASA, where contributions involved environmental policy development and management system revisions. Erik holds multiple master's degrees in Material Science, Energy Technology, and Industrial Ecology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, along with a Master’s degree in Industrial Organization and Process Design from the University of Buenos Aires.
