Mariana Turanova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and consultancy across Central and Eastern Europe. As Managing Partner for Slovakia and Regional Consultant at TARGET Executive Search since 1999, Mariana specializes in sourcing senior management and leadership executives. Mariana also serves as Managing Director and Partner at INAC Global Executive Search, contributing to global executive searches and representing the organization in Slovakia and CEE since 2019, having previously held a similar position from 2003 to 2016. In earlier roles, Mariana worked as Project Manager for the Branded Goods Association and as Euro-Info Officer for the National Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Economics from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, alongside certification as an MBTI Step 1 practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company.
