Smita Verma is a Senior Recruiter at INA Solution since March 2018, responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, and interviewing candidates, as well as facilitating offer rollouts and onboarding processes. Smita possesses extensive experience working with H1-B, Green Card holders, EADs, TN Permits, as well as US and Canadian citizens. Prior to this role, Smita served as a PHP Web Developer at Arition Infotech Pvt. Ltd. from April 2015 to December 2016. Smita holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai, earned between 2010 and 2014.
