Erika Pedroza serves as the Group Lead at Inventive-Group since September 2014, overseeing the Accounting, Procurement, and Administrative areas while focusing on employee development and training in company culture and lean principles. Prior roles include Accounting Department Lead, responsible for day-to-day operations in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Freight Logistics, Procurement, and Administration, and Procurement Accountant, along with contributions in recruitment and onboarding as an Accountant in Human Resources. Previously, Erika worked as a Finance Representative at AT&T from January 2009 to September 2014, where responsibilities included maintaining operational procedures, inventory and cash management, and ensuring compliance with store standards. Erika holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting and Spanish from the University of Idaho, earned between 2000 and 2005.
