Bastian Scholz has extensive experience in business process management, training, and project leadership, currently serving as a Trainer in the in-tech Academy and Senior Business Process Manager at in-tech GmbH since August 2018. Scholz has also held roles as an Agile Master and Test Manager for BMW AG. Prior to in-tech, Scholz was an Account Manager at Proto Labs, Ltd. in Europe from April 2017 to July 2018. Early career highlights include positions as a Customer Consultant and dual student at body + soul Group AG & Co. KG from September 2012 to February 2017, along with various internships and service roles from 2010 to 2012. Scholz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Sports Management from Hochschule für angewandtes Management, earned in 2016.
