Aditya Mandrekar is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as Software Engineering Team Lead at In-Space Missions Limited since May 2021, Aditya leads a team to deliver software for satellite systems, ensuring effective resource management and project coordination. Prior to this role, Aditya was a Software Engineer at Meggitt, where responsibilities included developing operational flight programs for air data instruments and displays. Aditya's technical journey began as a Software Programmer at Bluefruit Software, followed by a Visiting Researcher position at Cranfield University focusing on integrated avionic systems for unmanned aerial vehicles. Aditya's foundational experience includes research roles at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and initial training at Crompton Greaves Ltd. Aditya holds an MSc in Aerospace Vehicle Design from Cranfield University and a BE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
