John Pawlikowski has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. John started their career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, where they managed financial audit engagements for various manufacturing companies. John then moved on to Thermadyne, where they held the position of Divisional Controller and Wear Resistance VP of Finance/Commercial.
In 1997, Pawlikowski joined Deloro Stellite, where they held multiple roles including Group Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Divisional Chief Executive Officer, and Regional Chief Executive Officer - Americas. During their time with Deloro Stellite, they were responsible for managing and coordinating corporate activities, developing strategic directions, and implementing specific business plans. John played a key role in growing the company from a $100 million international manufacturing business to a $300 million business.
In 2009, Pawlikowski became the President of JP Holdings 1, LLC, where they remained until 2012.
Since 2012, Pawlikowski has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of In-Situ, Inc. In this role, they have been instrumental in leading the company's expansion into international markets and overseeing the design, manufacture, and worldwide sale of scientific equipment for the environmental, aquaculture, and industrial water-monitoring markets.

John Pawlikowski attended Saint Louis University from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Prior to their university education, John also attended De Smet Jesuit High School. In addition to their formal education, John Pawlikowski obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies in December 2011.
