Jennifer Vail

Global Service Technology & Process Director at In-Situ Environmental

Jennifer Vail has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 with their roles at In-Situ. Jennifer began as a Rental and Service Technician before progressing to Inside Sales Specialist. From there, they became a Technical Support Specialist and eventually a Senior Technical Support Specialist. Jennifer then transitioned into management positions, serving as a Technical Support Manager, Technical Support and Service Manager, and ultimately as the Technical Support, Service and Rental Ops Director. In 2019, they were promoted to Global Technical Support Director, which is their current role. Prior to their time at In-Situ, Jennifer worked as a Biological Science Laboratory Technician for the U.S. Forest Service from 2003 to 2006.

Jennifer Vail completed their education at two different institutions. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science from Oregon State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Watershed Science from Colorado State University, attending the university from 2002 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer Vail obtained two certifications. In February 2015, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in February 2020, they completed the Pragmatic Management Certification - Foundations from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI).
