Jessica DeMelo has a diverse range of experience in care, mentorship, and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Skills Trainer at Advocates and a Personal Care Attendant at In Home Personal Care since June 2020, Jessica also worked as a babysitter. Previous positions include an Administrative Intern at Community Harvest Project, Inc. and a Mentor/Treasurer at All Kinds Of Girls. Jessica's early career involved serving as a Peer Mentor at Clark University, volunteering at Rhode Island Parrot Rescue and Maple Farm Sanctuary, and holding sales associate positions at Pier 1 and Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Community Development and Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Education, Comparative Race and Ethnic Studies from Clark University.
