Joellen Ceide has a diverse work experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Joellen started their career as an Operations Supervisor and later became a Fitness Manager at University Recreation. Joellen then worked as a Legal Assistant at Ross Stores, Inc., where they managed legal documents and performed various administrative tasks. Joellen then transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at CarLotz, where they developed appropriate processes to attract and hire diverse candidates. Joellen continued their career as a Recruiter at CarMax, managing recruiting for assigned positions. After that, they joined The Library of Virginia as a Constitution Project Intern. Joellen then worked as a Recruiter at CarLotz, managing the recruiting process for various roles. Most recently, Joellen worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Paymerang, where they maintained a pipeline of eligible candidates, conducted interviews, and collaborated with hiring managers to determine candidate requirements. Joellen is currently a Corporate Recruiter at InCharge Energy. Joellen has demonstrated success in applying advanced recruiting fundamentals and has experience in campus recruiting and negotiation.

Joellen Ceide completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Psychology from James Madison University from 2014 to 2018. Joellen then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in History from Virginia Commonwealth University from 2020 to 2022.
