Danielle Kadingo Thompson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of financial reporting, technical accounting, and management. Danielle currently holds the position of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Lead at Imvax, Inc. since 2022. Previously, they worked as the Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting at Galera Therapeutics, Inc. from 2019 to 2021.
Before that, Danielle had various roles at Trevena, Inc. including Controller from 2019 to 2019, Associate Director of Accounting from 2017 to 2018, and Accounting Manager from 2016 to 2017. Prior to Trevena, they served as a Senior Manager at Pine Hill Group, where they specialized in SEC/Financial Reporting and Accounting Advisory Practice from 2014 to 2016. Their responsibilities included preparing 10Q's and 10K's, MD&A, and XBRL exhibits, as well as Sarbanes Oxley testing and maintenance, IFRS, and monitoring of FASB/IASB convergence.

Danielle Kadingo Thompson began their education at Nativity BVM High School, where they completed their high school studies from 1993 to 1997. Danielle then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, attending from 1997 to 2001. Afterward, they furthered their education at the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Higher Education Management and earning a Master of Science in Education (M.S. Ed.) degree from 2004 to 2006. In July 2021, they obtained a certification in Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Finance and Accounting Professionals from the AICPA institution.
