Miguel Angel Soto Rosal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Miguel Angel started their career as the HR Planning and Development Corporate Manager at CANTV in 2006. Miguel Angel then worked as a Director at Global Partners Consulting, LLC from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Partner and Regional Director for Latin America at Dalberg Global Development Advisors. Miguel then transitioned to Korn Ferry, where they held the position of Leadership & Talent Consulting Latam Managing Principal from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Mercer Management Consulting as the Principal and Latam Talent Management Director. Miguel Angel also served as a Board Member of Chile's National Council at FUNDES from 2013 to 2016. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Senior Advisor at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, providing advice on governance and modernization to governments as well as strategic advice to multinational corporations. In 2017, they became a Guest Professor at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, teaching in the Innovation Master program. In 2018, they founded and directed NHSMUN / IMUNA Chile at the International Model United Nations Association. Currently, they are working at EY as the Associate Director / BD Leader Consulting and the Government & Public Sector Leader.

Miguel Angel Soto Rosal has a diverse education history. Miguel Angel earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and International Business from the Wisconsin School of Business in 1995. In 2020, they pursued a Diplomado en Desarrollo Institucional: Convención Constituyente from the Universidad Autónoma de Chile, specializing in Political Science and Government. That same year, Miguel obtained an Innovation Management Diploma from the Universitat de Barcelona, focusing on Business Innovation. In 2021, they pursued a Locutor degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia. Prior to these achievements, Miguel completed their primary and secondary education at the Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola. Additionally, they earned a degree in Law from the UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 1991.
