Irfan Mahmood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and human resources management. Currently serving as the Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Imtiaz, Irfan is responsible for developing and overseeing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs for over 12,000 employees across more than 50 locations in Pakistan. Previously, Irfan held roles including Deputy Manager of Human Resources at UNITED KING, where duties involved enhancing HR operations and policies, and as an HR Consultant at The Learning Organization, focusing on recruitment. Additionally, Irfan worked at HRSG as a Senior Specialist in HR & Payroll, managing payroll for thousands of employees. An earlier career at Siemens involved HR representation, and initial experience as an IT Support Engineer was gained at A & I COMPUTERS LIMITED. Irfan holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Preston University and a B.Com in Accounting and Business Management from Karachi University.
