Abdullah Abu-Ghalion has a strong background in software implementation and support for financial solutions. Abdullah has worked as a Technical Consultant at EastNets from August 2007 to September 2015, where they provided software implementation and support for financial solutions in the MENA region. Abdullah conducted technical demonstrations to prospective clients and worked closely with the sales team to assure and increase client satisfaction. Abdullah also provided integrations consultancy and built a knowledge base of each client's business to better understand their requirements.

In November 2015, Abdullah joined IMTF as a Senior Consultant/Pre-Sales Compliance, Risk & Fraud MENA. In this role, they were responsible for conducting technical demonstrations to prospective clients in the MENA territory. Abdullah worked closely with the sales team to communicate the client's requirements and deepen the relationship with them. Abdullah also identified new business opportunities with existing customers and assisted the sales team in monitoring and maintaining customer accounts. Abdullah played a key role in transferring customer needs to product specialists to fulfill specific requirements.

Abdullah Abu-Ghalion attended Al Quads College from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a High Diploma in Communication Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they also acquired certification as a Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Database professional from SitesPower Dubai in October 2010. Furthermore, Abdullah earned a CCNA Cisco Certificate as a Network Associate from Teleprob Jordan in December 2006.
