Isabelle Lautraite is the current Director of Communications & Public Relations at IMT Lille Douai. Isabelle has over 20 years of experience in communication and has held various positions at different organizations.

Isabelle started their career at Institut Télécom where they worked for 12 years and 1 month. During their time there, they were the Director of communication, responsible for the launch of a new institution. Isabelle then became the delegate for communication and external relations and was in charge of developing the notoriety of the institute and its schools.

After leaving Institut Télécom, they took on the role of delegate for communication and external relations at GET- Groupe des Ecoles des Télécommunications. Isabelle held this position for 7 years and 11 months before moving on to their current role at IMT Lille Douai.

At IMT Lille Douai, Isabelle is responsible for managing the brand, leading transverse projects, internal communication, external communication, and public organization communication. Isabelle is also responsible for change management in complex organizations.

Isabelle Lautraite has a Licence from Université Paris-Sorbonne in communication and a DUT from IUT de Sceaux in Marketing et communication.
