Fernando Morales is an established photography professional with extensive experience in curating, cataloging, and auctioning photographic archives. Currently serving as the Head Curator of photography at IMS Vintage Photos since March 2020, Fernando previously worked as an independent photography curator and collector at The Wire Photo from April 2013 to March 2020. A former staff photographer and freelance photojournalist for The Globe and Mail, Fernando also owned Queen East Studio-Gallery, specializing in photojournalism exhibitions. Earlier roles included photographer for AFP in Central America and staff photographer at Diario La Nación in Chile, alongside various positions in journalism and design in the early 1990s.
