Sarita Acharya is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and academia. Currently serving as a Faculty Lecturer at Greenfield National College and a Human Resources Manager at IMS Software Pvt. Ltd., Sarita has also held positions at Kantipur International College and the Human Resources Society Nepal as an Executive member. With a solid background in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, and Organizational Behavior, Sarita's previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Everest Parenterals Pvt. Ltd. and Corporate Human Resources Manager at Sagar Group, among others. Sarita holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Purbananchal University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Nepal Law Campus.
