Jennifer Shrader Carney has extensive experience in finance and administration, currently serving as the Director of Finance and Administration at International Micro Systems since April 2003. Jennifer has also held various roles within the company, including Sales Representative, Account Manager, and Finance, Admin, Sales & Marketing Assistant. In addition to their corporate experience, Jennifer has a strong background in coaching, having served as Head Volleyball Coach at Liberty Belles Volleyball Club from October 2009 to April 2020 and held coaching positions at Penncrest High School and Garnet Valley High School. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University, with prior education at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, and completed high school at Cardinal O'Hara High School.
