Bruce Ledsom is an experienced professional in the field of pathology IT solutions and biomedical sciences. Currently serving as OCS Product Manager at IMS MAXIMS since May 2021, Bruce previously held roles as a Senior Professional Services Consultant at both DXC Technology and STARLIMS EUROPE LIMITED. From July 2009 to May 2015, Bruce worked as an Implementation Specialist at CSC, focusing on supporting and implementing pathology IT solutions. Bruce's extensive tenure at the NHS, from September 1980 to July 2009, included leadership as Chief BMS Cytology Laboratory, overseeing the cytology department and contributing significantly to IT in cellular pathology, alongside a 19-year involvement in transfusion and blood sciences. Bruce holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Manchester Metropolitan University, attained between 2002 and 2006.
