Dr. Indira Pradhan currently serves as a Data Science Intern at Unified Mentor Private Limited since July 2024 and has held the position of Assistant Professor at IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus) since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Professor at Galgotias University and Faculty at Sharda University, alongside being a PhD Research Scholar focused on the impact of AI on HR management in the IT sector. Dr. Pradhan's career began as a Senior SAP HCM Trainer at HCM Info Systems and a Senior SAP HR Associate at PeopleStrong, contributing to HR policies and recruitment strategies. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, a PhD from Sharda University, an MBA in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology.
