Jose Isaac Garcia Lara has over 18 years of professional experience in various roles within the fields of human resources, safety, training, and quality control. Currently serving as the HR, Safety & Training Coordinator at IMS Companies, LLC since October 2017, Jose previously held the positions of Quality Control Assistant Manager and Safety Director at Advance Engineering Corporation from April 2012 to November 2017. Early in their career, Jose worked as a Lab Technician at both SGS and Northview Labs from January 2005 to December 2005. Jose holds a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute, attended COD for psychology studies, and has a foundational background in safety and quality assurance.
