David Bratton P.E. is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as the Statewide Asset Management Engineer at the Wisconsin Department of Transportation since June 2024. Previously, David worked as a Project Engineer at IMS Infrastructure Management Services from July 2010 to May 2024, following a role as a Civil Engineering Intern at the McHenry County Division of Transportation from May 2007 to May 2009. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
