Kurt Hampton is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in medical device development and product engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Released Product Engineering Manager at IMRIS, Deerfield Imaging since July 2023, Kurt has previously held positions such as Engineering Manager - R&D at STERIS, focusing on sustaining engineering for endoscope reprocessing products. Prior roles include Staff Product Engineer at Advanced Sterilization Products, Principal Engineer at Vyaire Medical, Mechanical Engineer II at Boston Scientific, and Product Development Engineer at SonaCare Medical, where responsibilities encompassed design and development across various medical technologies. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, earned in 2008.
