Neil Mison has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Neil is currently employed at Improving as a Senior Developer since January 2019. Prior to that, Neil worked at Innovative Architects as a Senior Developer starting from July 2011. Before joining Innovative Architects, they served as a Technical Lead at Apogee Interactive from May 2004 to July 2011.

Neil Mison pursued their education at De La Salle University from 1990 to 1995. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management Engineering with a minor in Chemical Engineering. In addition to this, they also attended the Philippine Military Academy in 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree without a specified field of study.
