Lyle Rousselle currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Improving, where responsibilities include building an operating model for a unified structure merging four Canadian enterprises. Prior to this role, Lyle spent nearly two decades at Innovapost, holding the position of Executive Lead for IT Transformation Programs, overseeing large transformational IT initiatives with budgets exceeding $100 million. Additionally, Lyle acted as Executive Transformation Program Lead for the Next Generation Track & Trace program at Canada Post from 2016 to 2023.
