Andy Haynssen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andy has a strong background in technology and has held various roles in companies such as Improving, Solifi, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Optum, Jump Technologies, Inc., and PeopleNet.

At Improving, Andy started as a Senior Technologist before progressing to the role of Principal Technologist. Andy then became the Director of Platform Engineering, a position they currently hold.

Andy has also worked as an Improving Principal Technologist at Solifi and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. At these companies, Andy was responsible for architecting cloud infrastructure, automating provisioning processes, and supporting cloud first initiatives.

Andy's expertise in technology includes CI/CD automation, AWS architecture, infrastructure as code, and Docker cluster management. Andy applied these skills while working as an Improving Principal Technologist at Jump Technologies, Inc.
